Tummy fat, also known as visceral fat is the most prominent one to get noticed. There are various ways to get rid of them. In order to get a flat stomach, one can follow a number of workouts. One of the most affected exercise being the aerobics.

Aerobics does not necessarily acts on the fat deposits near waist line or belly rather it works over all the fat deposits. Since belly fat is quite noticeable, loss from that particular region is easily observed. Aerobics contains in itself various dancing steps, which make body flexible and causes melting of the unwanted fats.

Are you confused with the title of this blog post?

If yes, then better don’t be, as it ain’t anything that difficult. I’ll explain it to you.

With making meals colourful, I meant eating all in one salads as your meals or with your meals. Don’t be afraid! It not a suicide mission!

See, what actually happens is that while we make our best efforts to lose extra fats, we eat as less as we can. We do also try to cut down our intake of carbohydrate and saturated fats, which may result in insufficient energy for the basic functioning of our body systems. To avoid this, I suggested eating salads.

My intention for using the adjective ‘colourful’ for salads also has a special reason. That reason is that when I say eat salad, many people assume it to be plate of cucumber, or fruits and so on. No!

That isn’t what I mean. I suggested eating plate full of salad. This meant a combination of carrots, tomatoes, peppers, spinach and other beneficial herbs.

Now let us come to sodas. We all know that our parties and celebrations aren’t complete without soft drinks (soda). One hardly thinks before drinking these so called soft drinks which aren’t anything more than soda. These are extremely high in calories, plus in some of these soft drinks presence of such elements have also been found which are alien to human digestive system and will not be processed if consumed. This is the reason why it is advised to immediately stop the intake of sodas.

Easy, simple but the most effective one! This is why I suggest to go for biking!

Yes, it is one of the simplest exercises any homo sapiens (human) can ever do to lose their fat. Sit on its seat and start paddling- that’s it!

But while you do biking, I’d suggest few point, which if considered will make this activity even more efficient.

* Keep a bottle of water while you bike. Reason behind this is that while you bike, you sweat, which makes you body dehydrated. You can’t afford that. That is why I am asking to carry a bottle of water so that you can drink water and a keep yourself hydrated.

* If you are really planning to lose fat, bike for at least 60 minutes daily (for at least 4-5 days a week).
* Break those 60 minutes of biking in parts! See, it is quite obvious that no one can straight way do nonstop biking for as much as 60 minutes. So, I’d suggest breaking it in parts. Start with a mild warm up. Let you muscles stretch first. Bike at a low pace for first 10-15 minutes. Then accelerate and start biking at fast pace for 15-25 minutes. Then you can come down from your bike. Get some drink and walk with your bike for 5-10 minutes and then get on it and start riding it.

Do this consistently and you notice that you’ve started losing your body fat effortlessly.

We all desire to lose our belly fat and get an athletic figure, but very few of us do succeed in this. Do you know why?

The reason behind this is the fact that those people were determined. Losing fat ain’t some Newton’s equation, which would require higher studies. It’s a simple game!

We all know that we should avoid junk food, oily eatables and should eat green vegetables & fruits. But how many of us really do that. Can’t we just keep control on our taste buds? Definitely we can, but for that we must be determined.

It’s a world known truth that ‘you have to sacrifice something to get something else’. The same goes with losing fat. You must sacrifice you late sleeping hours, should wake up early and do some sweaty job if you really want to get a picture perfect shape.
